Wednesday

I found a sweet cemetary on Monday, the Brompton Cemetary, which is huge, and houses...many people. But it's a really nice park-type place, a nice place to sit and contemplate. So that's what I did. Then that night we went to Waitrose and Ken and I found a sweet little chocolate cake, so we bought it, and ate it. Crazy times, I tell you.

Yesterday we went to Brick Lane, the Bangladesh neighborhood, for Urban Anthro, and that was pretty interesting. We actually went back there this morning for a closer look, went to a bookstore (We found a book called "Women that Deserve to Go to Hell"...and it was not in jest...Bangladesh means lots of Muslim books, it was pretty interesting). And we had spicy chicken for lunch.

But back to yesterday, at night we went to this jazz group playing at a restaurant, way out...somewhere, I have no idea where it was. But it was in Zone 2. It was pretty nice, pretty classy. I was out-classed, I was so unprepared. Usually I can class-up any place, but this wasn't one of those times. Then Sarah, Paul and I went to a movie at a theater we found on the way, went to The Orphanage, the Spanish movie by the same guy that did Pan's Labyrinth, it was really good.

So that's that. Friday we're going to Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon to see a Shakespeare play, then to a football (soccer) game on Saturday. Tonight is free pizza. Free food.......ah the ecstasy.
